I am sending this to express my sincere gratitude for the really good hospitality i received . The staff was friendly and helpful at all times, assisting me when i had menu requests for my child. They prepared buckwheat and gluten-free options. The food was amazing!!! The restaurant also offers beautiful views of both the sea and the lake.
Even beautiful rooms did not include a mosquito net. I suggest you bring mosquito repellent. Rooms on the ground floor may be visited by insects.

The hotel offers beautiful scenery. It is very pleasant to walk around and admire the views. The hotel boasts a very big beach line. The beach area is well-equipped with restrooms, showers, and changing rooms.

The reception was very kind and helpful. Staff can communicate effectively in English, Russian, and Italian. Housekeeping is good. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. I found them kind, respectful, and helpful. There is an active animation team, always finding ways to help guests have the best time.

Breakfast was consistent each morning, with a good selection of items, including an excellent variety of croissants. The staff showed great care and attention, especially in accommodating my child's dietary needs. The service is excellent!!!

the weather was warm, the premises were clean. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I felt secure within the resort. sami mohd, the front office manager, was particularly attentive. He ensured my needs were met throughout the stay.

I observed efficient room service. My room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and amenities regularly supplied. the cleaning staff, abdllatifa and shokry, provided polite, thorough, and helpful service. They maintained the room to a high standard. i appreciate the consistency.

The hotel grounds feature excellent landscaping. Multi-colored bougainvillea walls and decorative grasses enhance the scenery. i enjoyed access to spa facilities. A sauna and jacuzzis were available. the complex offers a long beach line. Finding a spot to relax was easy.

The dining options included several restaurants. This provided variety for meals. i found a good selection of meat dishes. Beef, lamb, chicken, and duck were available. the pastries were particularly enjoyable. The cakes were delicate and flavorful. The availability was satisfying.

The hotel is close to the airport. Transfers were quick and convenient. This minimized travel time. the position allows easy access to the red sea. The corals and fish were highlights. the complex is stretched along the coast.
i adored the breakfast at that restaurant. the manager took care of the child, providing gluten-free pancakes and soy milk, very helpful. there was outdoor seating and the whole place was clean and neat.
the shuttle service was expensive, i had to walk far to reach the hotel gate.

the rooms were lovely. the restaurants are amazing, especially plasirs! the staff in this restaurant was really nice. i really recommend this hotel.
i found myself getting a taxi to mcdonald's as the hotel is situated so far away from anything. this made it necessary to get food. every ice cream i got from the site was like eating blocks of ice. it had too much water in the ice cream or was frozen for too long or both.
